Echo is a shy, caring girl, but also sarcastic with a fiery temper. She is rather smart compared to a lot of other people around her. She says that everyone else is just dumb. She loves writing poetry, but is hesitant to show her works to those outside her family.

Trivia

She was originally 16 years old, the daughter of Bill Cipher, and had a slightly different design. However, this was changed when Small Town Mysteries was created to replace YTW Fandom.

• Her appearance also included an eyepatch and floating top hat in this former form, like many Human!Bill fanarts have.
• Her middle name was also changed from Lee to Lin, and her last name from Cipher to Kershaw.
